Returns & Exchanges

At Beserk, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Check Eligibility

Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings, cosmetics, and undergarments cannot be returned.

Submit a Request

Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

Pack and Post

Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, or drop the parcel off at your nearest post office addressed to our Brisbane warehouse.

Processing and Credit

Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
