Coco Choco is an indulgent deep chocolate brown semi-permanent direct hair colour.

Coco Choco works beautifully on different level bases. On a platinum blonde hair it will look brighter, and on darker level bases it will lean into deeper chocolate brown. On completely platinum blonde hair, Coco reveals a hint of beautiful reddish-brown tones.

Coco Choco fades gracefully into lighter brown, depending on the hair type and maintenance.

PREPARING:

Reduce heating tools in the week before bleaching. Wash your hair with deep cleansing shampoo before colouring and avoid conditioner or any other hair care products. This will promote better colour adherence and seamless blending with your natural hair, resulting in longer-lasting vibrancy.

For best results, bleach your hair to level 8-9 blonde with a Bleach Kit. Coco Choco will look amazing on darker bases too (level 6-7), but it will appear more dark and deep compared to blonde or platinum bases. You can also use Coco Choco to maintain box dyed colour and shift the tone into chocolatey dream.

If your hair is too yellow after bleaching, use a No Yellow Shampoo or No Yellow Mask to neutralise the yellow into white. Apply and leave it in for 1-3 minutes. That is important for the results so that the yellowness won't turn the colour too warm.

USING:

Apply a thick layer of Coco Choco hair dye on dry (for maximum colour intensity) or towel-dry (for more sheer results), unconditioned hair and leave it in for 60 - 90 minutes. For longer lasting results leave the colour for 2+ hours or even overnight. Herman's hair colours are conditioner-based, so they nourish your hair like a deep conditioner while you colour. Rinse with cool or lukewarm water and enjoy your intense brown hair colour, that will last from a few weeks to several months, depending on the chosen shade, base and condition of the hair, duration of the colour and your hair care routine.

MAINTAINING:

• Allow at least 24 hours before your first shampoo
• Wash your hair with cool or lukewarm water to minimize the fading process. Reduce hair washing days to extend color lasting.
• Use a Sulfate-Free Shampoo for washing.
• You can store the leftover colour for later use or mix it with your conditioner for a regular touch-up.
